🔹 A $30 Non refundable ~ Non transferable (stylist choice) deposit is required for all appointments

🔹 All No call No shows will result in 50% service charge and possible ban of future appointments.

🔹 There is a 10 minute grace period. Late fee may be applied upon communication with stylist. After 10 minutes appointment will be cancelled. Deposit forfeited 

🔹 ANY changes needed to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges. NO CHANGES THE DAY OF SERVICE.

🔹 For purposes of safety and sanitation, we cannot allow more than one guest per room. (unless you are an adult accompanying a minor)

🔹 Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled.

🔹For Braid services: please arrive wash and blown out. Hair should be 100% product free (no oils, leave in or grease)

🔹 Hair should be 5 inches long for natural braids( confirm service ability with stylist

🔹 All children should be able to sit with or without electronics for full duration of service. Service may be cancelled at any time if the child cry/scream or moves uncontrollably 

🔹 All new STARTER LOC AND COLOR clients require a consultation. Color clients require a patch test.
